Once a position is specified, one of three numbers tends not to fit: lead time, price or fire class. We offer a third answer: your design translated for production, or an independent design in the same spirit, quoted in the constructions that pass.

If the design may be used, we build it as drawn. Where the construction fails on lead time, budget or certificate: the same drawing, in one that passes.
Independent.
If the design is protected, we do not reproduce it. We develop an independent design in the spirit of the scheme, documented for an approved-equal review. Or you start from one of the seven collections, in your own colourway.

Areas are a standard model by property class, edit them to match your project. Duties and installation are not included. Freight as CIF to the main port of the region.
