The radiant and colourful ambience of the public areas and more than 430 guest rooms of the Temptation Cancun Resort in Mexico have been finalized with our hand tufted rugs after the vision of star designer Karim Rashid. The masterpiece of the project is the 13x14m carpet in the hotel lobby, produced as a single piece and perfected with an inlayed metal band around the edge.

A successful cooperation with Karim Rashid for his huge Temptation Hotel project, has created one of a kind rugs for the over 430 guest rooms and lobby. Bubbly and colourful, the organically shaped rugs transport the vision of the star designer and support the hotels striking look in each particular area. The masterpiece of the project comes in the lobby. Perfected with an inlaid metal band around the edge, the carpet has a diameter of 14 metres and it was fabricated in a single piece to stand at the centre of the whole room with its vibrant colour and organic symmetry.

Our high end hand tuft quality is thus not only ideally suited as a fitted carpet for guest rooms, but can also be installed as the eye-catcher in your lobby. The special feature of GRAND ROYAL is the particularly densely tufted pile, which appears even smoother and more beautiful than ROYAL, as well as allowing for a higher resilience and longer lifespan of the carpet. Depending on the material used the design and resilience of the carpet can be influenced. Possible options include wool, viscose, wool with design accents of shiny viscose, or even a mix of wool and polyamide that combines the best features of both materials. One thing is certain, however, no matter what material is used, GRAND ROYAL will give you a feeling of home and your guests will enjoy a whole new level of comfort.
