The three stepsHow the 24-hour quote works
01 · You send the specification
A drawing, an area schedule, a design intent, or simply a description of the space and the brief. Fire class, opening date and budget band help, but are not required to start.
02 · We work it overnight
Design, colour matching against your specbook, construction selection and pricing, checked against lead time and compliance for each candidate construction.
03 · You receive the proposal and the quotation
A one-sheet design proposal and a quotation comparing the constructions that qualify, each with price per m², lead time and the relevant certificates. Physical samples follow, cut to your specification.

Minimum
A description of the space, the traffic and the look you have in mind. A phone photo of a mood board is enough to start.
Helpful
Area schedule (guestrooms, corridors, suites, m²), required fire class, opening date, budget band.
Ideal
CAD or PDF floor plans, an existing design or artwork, colour references, and the certificate standard your project must meet (ASTM, EN, IMO). The form accepts PDF, DWG and images up to 25 MB.

One sheet. The recommended design, colour references from your specbook, alternative directions where useful.
Quotation in several constructions
The same design priced in the constructions that qualify for your lead time and fire class. Typical lead times from design approval: printed 3 to 6 weeks, Axminster 4 to 8 weeks, hand-tufted 12 to 16 weeks. Outside Europe CIF to the main port of the region, within Europe delivered duty paid.
Compliance note
The certificates relevant to your region and areas, for example EN 13501-1, ASTM E648 or IMO FTP, issued per quality and project.
Design intentYour design, or an independent one
If your design may be used
We build it as drawn, translated into the construction that fits. Because every quotation shows the design in more than one construction, a budget change moves the construction, not the design.
If your design is protected
We do not reproduce it. We develop an independent design in the same spirit, documented for an approved-equal review with your design team.
